Michael Jackson’s Son Blanket Has Reinvented Himself and Changed His Name

The son of Michael Jackson, known as “Blanket,” has managed to stay out of the spotlight since his father’s passing in 2009.

But the young man had changed his name and bought a magnificent house in California, and it appeared as though he had reinvented himself.

On November 2, 2002, his father was seen by the throngs of paparazzi below, dangling Blanket over the edge of his hotel’s balcony at the Hotel Adlon in Berlin.

He pulled out an act that went down in history as one of the most infamous ones.

He later apologized and described it as a “terrible mistake.”

Following this incident, Jackson increased his efforts to protect his child by twofold.

It turns out that the younger brother, who was just 7 years old when his father passed away, was also going through a tough period, even though his older sister was the center of attention.

Following his father’s death, Blanket was “very lost and extremely upset”.

“[But] Blanket has adjusted the worst since Michael died,” a family friend said to the magazine, “The kids live like Michael is constantly looking down upon them.”

The boy changed his well-known name at the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California.

He thought it was hilarious when his father called him Blanket, and he detested it.

The insider went on to add that bullies picked on him because of his uncommon name.

Taking on the moniker Blanket rendered him a more pliable object of mockery. His classmates were jealous of who he is and were always a little bit cruel to him as he was growing up.

Michael Jackson’s youngest kid has built an entirely new life and identity for himself ten years later.

Many remarks followed the 19-year-old’s recent photo releases.

I present to you all, Bigi.

Yes, Blanket—now going by Bigi—just bought a $2.7 million mansion in California.

According to reports, his new home boasts a large pool, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and well-known neighbors like Kim Kardashian.

In a 2012 interview, he did express interest in directing motion pictures.

Making short films at home with my family, friends, and other people is something I enjoy doing, therefore when I grow up, I want to be a director because it’s fun.

The father went on, “Follow your own path; he indicated it would be beneficial.”
